By creating an account or using DinnerSnap, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
DinnerSnap helps you plan meals from ingredients you already have. Recipe suggestions are generated automatically and provided for inspiration only — always use your own judgment regarding food safety, allergies and dietary requirements.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use DinnerSnap.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it by automated means beyond normal use, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Free Usage & Subscriptions
DinnerSnap offers free daily dinner rescues. Paid features, if offered, can be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
DinnerSnap, its logo, design and software are owned by DinnerSnap. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the service.
7. AI Suggestions & User Acknowledgements
DinnerSnap uses AI to generate personalised meal ideas from the information you provide. By using the service you acknowledge that: (a) AI suggestions may contain errors; (b) ingredient availability and substitutions should be verified; (c) any nutritional information shown is approximate; (d) you are responsible for safe food preparation and consumption, including allergens, cooking temperatures and portioning for children; and (e) DinnerSnap is not medical, nutritional, or professional dietary advice.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DinnerSnap is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
