1. Subscription Payments

DinnerSnap Plus and Family plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

2. Free Plan

The free plan includes one lifetime AI-powered dinner rescue per registered account.

No payment is required to use the free plan.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because DinnerSnap is a digital subscription service that provides immediate access to premium features, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

However, we may provide a refund or account credit at our discretion in situations such as:
  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical issues preventing access to the paid service
  • Billing errors caused by DinnerSnap
  • Other exceptional circumstances reviewed by our support team

4. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer protection laws, those rights apply in addition to this policy.

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the payment platform used to purchase your subscription.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

6. AI-Generated Content

DinnerSnap uses artificial intelligence to generate recipe suggestions based on the ingredients you provide.

Recipe preferences and outcomes may vary, and dissatisfaction with a generated recipe does not automatically qualify for a refund.

7. Free Trial or Promotional Offers

If DinnerSnap offers a free trial or promotional period, any applicable terms will be displayed at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew after the trial period ends.
